LetSetAI provides AI, machine learning, and voice agent development services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each project will be defined in separate service agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

• All intellectual property developed specifically for a client belongs to the client upon full payment.
• Pre-existing intellectual property and general-purpose tools remain the property of LetSetAI.
• Our website content, branding, and materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetSetAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranties

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not warrant that our services will meet all your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI and ML solutions may have inherent limitations and uncertainties.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified therein. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
